Expertise built around the matter
Every engagement begins by identifying the expertise the matter requires before assembling the specialists best suited to address it.

The Institution
PETRUZZI Advisory was established as an independent specialist advisory focused on transfer pricing and valuation, helping organisations navigate consequential cross-border matters through sound judgement, intellectual rigour and commercially practical thinking.
Why PETRUZZI Advisory Exists
Cross-border value decisions shape transactions, disputes, regulatory outcomes and long-term strategy. They call for more than technical compliance, and more than an answer drawn from a standard methodology.
PETRUZZI Advisory exists to connect economic, financial, legal, tax, regulatory, strategic and commercial perspectives around the decision that must be made. The result is advice that is analytically rigorous, commercially meaningful and defensible under scrutiny.
The House of Experts
Every engagement begins by identifying the expertise the matter requires before assembling the specialists best suited to address it.
Advice remains free from audit relationships, organisational conflicts, implementation incentives and institutional bias.
Economic, legal, accounting, tax, finance and commercial expertise are brought together according to the demands of the matter, rather than operating in isolation.
No two engagements are approached the same way. The advisory team evolves according to the complexity, risk profile and commercial realities of each matter.
Clients receive a single, coherent recommendation rather than separate opinions from multiple disciplines.
